Charles (Chuck) Parker was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. Graduated from North Fulton High School in 1963. Attended the University of Georgia for two years prior to enlisting in the army. He spent a year in Vietnam as a member of the 101st Airborne Division. After being discharged from the army he enrolled at Georgia State University. Chuck holds a BBA Degree from Georgia State University with a major in Marketing. He has 36 years of sales and marketing experience. Twenty-seven of those years were spend directing a sales agency (Metal Marketing, Inc.) that he founded in 1979. During those years MMI was the primary sales force for a variety of products produced by both domestic and foreign mills. MMI was privileged to represent such mills as Republic Steel, Bliss & Laughlin Steel, Atlantic Steel, Welded Tube Company of America, Valmont Industries and many others. Chuck is retired and he and his wife (of 42 years) Helen currently reside in Seagrove Beach, Florida where they attend Seagrove Baptist Church. They have six children and four grandchildren.
A Graduate of Georgetown College with a degree in Theology and a licensed and ordained minister. He is a recipient of the Kentucky Oak Leaf Cluster for Achievement. He was a member of the Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity, the Golf Team and was President of the Inter-fraternity Council while at Georgetown. He was recently appointed as a Commissioner for Endow Kentucky and serves on the Commission on Philanthropy.
He has been a Fundraising Consultant for nonprofit organizations since 1983 raising more than $400 million for such clients as Baylor University, Phoenix Christian School System, Wayland Baptist University, Focus on the Family, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Baptist Healthcare Systems, Mercy Healthcare Systems, Providence Homes, Floyd Memorial Regional Hospital, Buckner Children’s Home, Diocese of Southern Ohio, Diocese of Minnesota, Diocese of Upper South Carolina, numerous social service agencies and hundreds of local congregations.
He has been the Chief Executive Officer of the Community Foundation of West Kentucky, Inc. since 2002 and has led its tremendous growth both in assets and grant disbursement. The Community Foundation of West Kentucky located in Paducah and has four affiliates in Madisonville, Glasgow, Murray and Henderson. He is married with three children and lives in Benton, Kentucky.

Dale Vermillion has been an international business speaker in the mortgage industry for 21 years, speaking primarily in the US and Canada. In addition to speaking to over 1,000,000 business professionals and 350 companies in the secular marketplace on Biblically-based sales and leadership principles, Dale has spent many years speaking, preaching and leading in different ministries. Dale was a keynote speaker at the 2006 National Association of Church Business Administration 50th Year Conference. In 2007, he was the keynote speaker for Moody Bible Institutes National Day of Prayer in Chicago, IL.
That same year he was asked to launch a monthly radio program on Moody Radio. In 2009, Dale authored a book on Biblical principles for mortgage financing that was published by Moody Publishing. Since then he has appeared on hundreds of Christian radio programs across the country, and also FoxBusiness and Foxbusiness.com.
Dale’s true love is preaching and teaching. He and his wife, Laurel, have been involved in youth ministry for over 20 years. In 2008, they founded and lead a community teen ministry in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida – 24/7 at the Beach. As part of this ministry, they launched a public youth event called Search in partnership with the FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes). Search was a live event on local high school campuses that shared the gospel through teaching and music. Dale has preached at dozens of youth and adult events and retreats, including: Executive Ministries Men’s Breakfast in Chicago, IL (2005); several adult ministries and youth retreats for Village Church of Gurnee, IL (2000 to 2016); the Surrender retreat for Destiny Worship Center, Miramar Beach, FL (2011); multiple speaking engagements and webinars on Biblical leadership for Business Empowered, Destin, FL (2011 – 2016); Fall and Spring High School retreats for Rocky Bayou Christian High School, Niceville, FL (2012 – 2015); and a breakout session at the Central District Youth Conference in Marion, IN (2013). Dale has also preached to tens of thousands at several youth and adult conferences in Repalle, India (2002 to present), and several churches in Northwest Florida. Dale currently leads Leadership Trek for Rocky Bayou Christian School – a ministry dedicated to teaching high school students how to be Christian leaders.
In 2014, Dale was asked to serve on the Florida-Georgia Regional Board of Directors for Thrivent Financial, where he serves today. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for Business Empowered.
Dale has a strong conviction in bringing Truth to teens and adults alike, helping people understand the plan God has intended for their lives and the love Jesus has for them. He and his wife Laurel have been married 22 years and have four children. They are passionate about supporting and serving orphanages in India. In 2004, Dale founded Mortgage Professionals Providing Hope, a not-for-profit organization to support the children of India.
